Handguard selection for MEGA MA-TEN

I am having a hard time finding the right handguard for my MA-TEN which will be a 22" 6.5 Creedmoor.

What im looking for:
Free float of course.
Very good quality.
No quad rails, something modular.
12"-13" length.
Not too thin (Troy)
Would be nice to have a top rail that matched the receiver.

Price is not an issue.

I'm in the same boat, I had the mono upper ordered so them stopping production has me scratching my head.

The PRI rails are nice. They are 350$.

Rainier has their own line of handguards made for the MA-TEN receivers check them out. Fit your criteria as well for 300bucks.

I have a troy TRX and thin isn't a problem with it. The problem with it is the way the barrel nut works. It's good for a hunting or light profile barreled rifle but it doesn't lock up tight enough (IMHO) for a bull barreled match rifle.

Edit: also if someone could suggest a quad rail for a DPMS low profile upper that isn't a daniel defense, DPMS, or over 300$ I'd appreciate it.

I was just looking at the reciever height for the Maten vs DPMS and the Maten appears to be 1/4" tall. The DPMS' are either 1/8" or 3/16", so does that mean you can't get a handguard that will match up to the receiver?

Apex has a tube style rail. You can mount a rail to run the full length of the tube. Can't say if it is "too thin", it might be too-similar to the Troy.

The PRI option will definitely have a larger diameter.

Probably longer than you want, but SWS has a 15" option that is pretty well respected that might work.

The JP rifles handguard will do everything you need it to.

Here it is on my ma-ten 22" creedmoor. I have the 15.5" handguard.

Absolutely mobius. Here's 2 rifle length JP hand guards. One is on a 20" Lilja 308 barrel and the other is a 22" JP 6.5CM barrel.

From the Mega Arms MA-TEN Page:

Hand Guards
Any handguard with a barrel nut designed to fit the Knight SR25 or DPMS will fit the MATEN upper. The MATEN shares a common rail height with the SR25, DPMS High and the Armalite AR10. The necessary cuts have also been included on the upper to use a Samson handguard.

So that means the following Rails will work:

Centurion CMR 7.62 / .308 Rail System
JP .308
PRI Free Float 308
Knight's SR25 handguards
Samson AR10 Rails
