NEEDED: Skid Pad For Rifle Stock

Does anybody know where I can get A5 size skid pads? SOTEC is out of stock and will be for 6-8 weeks. Cobra, Brownells…….. all out of stock. I need 1 Coyote Brown and 3 OD all in A5 size, hell 1 in any color would be nice at this point. I’ve gogled them and have not found anything.

They offer several advantages, but primarily:

1) they allow you to rest your rifle's forend/handguard/stock on a hard surface/barricade/etc. without causing a decline in accuracy; and

2) protects your rifle/stock from damage that might otherwise be caused by said hard surface.

The A-5 is the one that works for all Mcm A series stocks as well as T- Series Manner's and the A-3 works for smaller skinny forends like the Mcm HTG.

All of the dealers who carry this product say they have them on backorder and are waiting on SOTEC.

For the mean time take some mouse pad and the duct tape of your choice and make one. I still have mine on my .308 and it's been on there for years. I put grip tape on the sides for extra grip. I have the SO Tech Skid Plate on my Manners T3s but left this on my .308

You try calling direct? I did about 3 weeks ago and they had the A5 in stock, got it in 4 days.

Us tac said none in stock and don't know when they'll be getting any.

I personally checked with SOTECH,and the USTac order should be done in a day or so, and then USTAC will receive shipment. If there are any questions, you can call direct at any time.
