If you need a "cheek riser" or addt'l comb height with a collapsible stock on, then you have two options at this time:
1) get a Magpul CTR stock with the Larue RISR mentioned above (and as seen here:
http://www.laruetactical.com/larue-tactical-risr-ctr-combo ) which has a sliding cheek riser than reciprocates as you pull the charging handle rearward; or
2) get an LMT SOPMOD stock with the SAPR as seen here (
http://www.battlelineindustries.com/site...rt&Itemid=1 ).
For the basic M4 issue stock...there are some "snap on" type risers that clip on to the rearward most portion of the stock, but they have several drawbacks. First, they are generally cheap and prone to breakage. Second, they can get in the way and otherwise serious interfere with proper operation of your rifle because when the stock in anything but fully extended, the fixed riser won't allow the CH to pull back far enough to cycle the rifle, clear jams, etc.
