Hey guys, long time reader, first post. I'm looking for a bubble level/ACI. I have no interest in an angle degree indicater, so unfortunately I think that takes Nightforce out of the picture as they only offer an ADI.

So, what do unit you guys/gals use? It doesn't have to be one inclusive unit w/ bubble level/ACI built into one.

Just looking for suggestions.

Thanks,

Sig

52 seconds before me someone posted pretty much the same question... So, I like the accuracy first level.

But what about ACI's, who makes the best?

And what about combo units that have both?

Re: Best bubble level/ACI

USO makes a nice swivel model.. A good one for the money is Vortex's model. I think it's only 30-40 bucks

I picked the Vortex one here about 8 months ago and has worked great on the F-Class shoots I've been at.

I have 2 Accuracy 1st. One on a 6.5 Grendel and the other on a 300RUM. Super rugged and compact. A-1 in my book. LaRue has them.

Re: Best bubble level/ACI

The USO swivel sucks.

The Accuracy 1st ball level is hands down is the best level, reason why is the resolution of a ball suspended in liquid is much more sensitive than a air bubble.

My rifle has a Tubb Spirit level attached to the end of the barrel behind my Tubb T2K muzzle brake, I really like this setup but this last weekend at the NTRP match I got to try a JEC TLD, Jason has incorperated a level and a small rail for a reflex sight, you zero the reflex sight at 500-700 yards, put the red dot on the target and with your scope at max power the target will be in view, Target Locating Device, no more searching for a target at low power then dailing up the power to hit the target.

This is one good looking level combo.
I'm a gadget whore also, and don't mind pissing money away, but..
This is flatout too expensive!!!

Re: Best bubble level/ACI

My favorite is the one from wheeler. It is scope mounted allowing you to level the scope to the world and canting the rifle so its comfortable. I use my level with every shot.

Re: Best bubble level/ACI

I also like the Flatline. I'd agree that it is quite expensive for what it is, but very nice. In that regard, it's not much different than most of the accessories we add to our rifles. Ridiculously overpriced, but we continue to buy and they continue to sell.

Every shot.

Re: Best bubble level/ACI

I use the 15 dollar b square bubble level Brownells sells

Re: Best bubble level/ACI

The Horus ASLI (Angle, Slope, Level Indicator) is relatively inexpensive at $79. Mine works very well mounted on the left side of my scope.

I realize you don't want a slope indicator but at that price why not go for it anyway?
