Hoover Tac. Firearms is also a class 3 dealer, don't know if they do transfers though. They just had a complete change in management so you might want to give them a try. The new Sales mgr is a good guy and will do what he can to take care of you.

Bill at Stewart Solutions is the only way to go. I have dealt with all of them and he is my go to dealer for all my class 3 transfers.
