I have a Sig226 Elite Dark with a factory threaded barrel. is it legal in the Production class for USPSA? Ive spent the better part of a couple hours looking for an answer online and in the USPSA rules and either my eyes have glazed over or im not finding the correct ruling that would cover such a situation.

Re: USPSA Production class rules question.

not really that list is what initially brought my questions up. the 226 combat tb is listed but the 226 elite dark tb is not on either list....

Re: USPSA Production class rules question.

Threaded barrels are not typically permitted in Production, but an email to NROI or USPSA would be your best bet.

Re: USPSA Production class rules question.

Are you just going to a club match? If so, you should be fine even if it's not legal (but I'm pretty sure it is legal by the posted list above).

A 226 Dark probably isn't going to put you in the area of threatening to anyone.

Re: USPSA Production class rules question.

no quacktastic mine is a sig 226 elite dark TB just the elite dark is listed and the confusion is caused because the 226 combat TB is listed separate from the combat. and yes winmag its a club match however they should feel threatened even if i show up with a hipoint 9mm as the performances i saw were abysmal however your point is taken
