Re: XLR Industries: working and wishing

Care to post any info in the FDE colored rifle behind Mr. Gillie in the first photo? Is that color offered as an option or is a custom job?

Re: XLR Industries: working and wishing

As for the sweeping up in the shop...my money is on the clean-up being from the ghillie shedding @#$% everywhere and not from actual shop work!!

Sorry...couldn't resist. Those are great pics!!

Looks like something along the lines of the AR-50 in a coated/painted chassis that Kyle posted about a while back seen here: https://snipershide.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2931726

+1 I would like to know as well.

Re: XLR Industries: working and wishing

ORD nailed it. It is one of the rifles hanging on the office wall. Some people use pictures.

Rifle is an Armalite AR-50 coated in desert tan. It is not a color or option we offer but it can easily be done to any chassis we sell.

Re: XLR Industries: working and wishing

Is that a carbon next to it? On my phone, can't tell. If so, need even more pics in good light.

Re: XLR Industries: working and wishing

I was dead set on the carbon yesterday for my build. After seeing that coated chassis I've got to reconsider that decision.

Get a Carbon and coat the action block in FDE and you have the best of both worlds!

As a side note, we will try and get you guys some more pictures of the Carbon this weekend.

The one next to it looks like its forarm is longer than usual.

Re: XLR Industries: working and wishing

Yeah, I'm thinking its a 15.5 inch carbon chassis, which is something I really want to see in detail! :)

Re: XLR Industries: working and wishing

Yes, the second rifle from the left is a Remington LA 300 WM with the 15.5" hand guard. The far right is the 12" carbon hand guard. I will get some pictures of it this weekend in detail for you guys.
