Just to heap on the Manners praise: I called today to order a stock for my truck gun project. After finding out the one on the site wouldn't work, Tom got on the phone with me, talked me through the options, and found a stock that was ready to ship for me. After they put the mods on (2 left side flushcups and an Atlas rail), they'll ship it. I should have it by early next week. You can't beat that kind of service.

Awesome customer service. I called about getting some touch up paint for my T5A and it was in my mailbox 2 days later and it was free.

What's amazing is that the Manners' product matches the customer service, a really rare thing these days. You have many businesses where the product is shit hot but the CS is sub-par, presumably because they will never lack customers who are willing to pay for their product regardless of CS. Then there are other outfits where the CS is topnotch but the products are lacking.

Many readers on this forum consistently purchase the best components and gear possible, making it easy to sometimes put with with bad service. I hate that, but I'll admit that I've gone with lesser service to get the parts and equipment I wanted. With Manners, you don't have to sacrifice quality or CS to get what you're looking for. Customer for life right here.

Re: More praise for Manners

I could give you a list of companies with quality service/products but their CS sucks big time. I will spare all of those companies with hopes that they will one day have good customer service. It is not the correct way to do business, to know your company makes a high demand high quality product and allow your CS to be fucking lame. Especially when such company has a " we don't give a shit because we are the fucking bestest shit on the planet" attitude.
