Suppressors barrel length

I just bought a shilen barrel for my 77/22 that I am going to shorten and then thread for my spectre II (will be pending for 6 months on friday) wondering if there is any minimum length that it can be shorten to before it will affect accuracy it is a 1-16 twist. thanks for any info.

When I had my two Remington 504's threaded, I had both the barrels cut down to 16" from 20". They look a little funny without a can on them but they both shoot just as well as they did before.
