Hard to tell from the picture. It looks like a short action bolt head, is all I can tell for sure.

What's your issue?

Looks like a Savage bolthead, to me...

Are you referring to the swipe mark between the lugs and the crosspin hole? Is there raised metal there? Can you catch a fingernail on what appears to be a ridge?

The line down the bolt shaft is where the ejector hole is starting to break through the surface of the shaft. It is caused by too hot of loads and blown primers. The ejector and spring are getting forced down into the hole so hard they are starting to break out the side. As long as there is no other damage to the bolt head it should still be fine. Just stone it off and reassemble it and back down your loads.

I would look at replacing it with one of PT&G machined Savage bolt heads and check your pressure in case the crack was caused by high pressure rounds as stated earlier.
