anybody have any luck with it??
I have the 3-15x50 Tactical with the EMDR and .10 Mil adjustments,,the scope is mounted on the Savage 110 FCP-hs Precision 338 Lapua,,

I have had trouble losing my elevation zero and getting really frustrated with adjustments that are all over the place.


I finally figured out the problem,when I would pull the turret up to unlock it was coming up to far and the slots inside the turret were clearing the slots on the scope and when I would make an adjustment on the knob it was slipping and not actually moving the internal adjustments..

what I found was the brass screw that holds the turret on the scope had backed out allowing the turret to come up too high,,I wound up twisting the screw off trying to figure out what was wrong,

I have been calling and emailing Weaver for 10 days with no response,,when i call there is no option to hold only leave a message and they will call back,,no response from 3 different emails,

does anybody have any other contact info as I am getting pissed about this,,I like the scope but it aint worth two hoots in Hell like it is,

everybody with this scope be careful with the knobs when they are unlocked because the retaining screw is soft and very small..

Seems ATK, who owns Weaver, moved the warranty dept of Weaver to another state and did not transfer any folks from the former warranty location. Read of this a couple of months ago on Rimfire Central website. Might want to check their optics forum, seem to recall someone posted a phone # and contact info for the new Weaver warranty location.

What was the number that you were calling? dgw is correct. The facility that had previously housed Weaver's CS has been shut down.

I got a different number to try from Rimfirecentral,,I will let yall know how it goes,,if it was Leupold I would already have the scope back and I haven`t even gotten the RGA number from Weaver yet..

Had the same exact problem with mine. I was lucky enough that a ATK rep had one to swap with me. I sold the one he gave me. Good luck, I was afraid of using the Weaver/ATK main CS line.

The few times that I contacted Weaver (not warranty related) they were always very responsive.

We need to get this new contact info out there.

I've been told that the Weaver's CS number is the same as Federal Ammunition's. I THINK that number is 1-800-831-0850 (per Federal's website).

ETA: You can also try the main number and asked to be transferred. 1-800-322-2506.
