I've got exactly 100 rounds downrange in my BHW 18" rifle gas 1:8 5.56 barrel from Surplus Ammo & Arms.
At 100yd, I've gotten sub-MOA 5-shot groups using Hornady 75gr Steel Match ammo and generic handloads I had loaded previously (75gr HPBT & 24.5gr Varget) with a very gritty milspec trigger.
With a better trigger and more time driving the rifle, I believe the accuracy potential of my barrel is in the 0.5-0.75MOA range.
I have a 6.5 grendel built with a 22" BHW barrel. I love it. Very accurate and easy to clean. I have shot some very accurate groups with several different bullet brands and weights. I would build another upper using their barrels.
I have an 18" 1/8 twist mid gas that is dimpled. It shoots great. I have shot just about everything down it. If i do my part correctly I can shot just under 3/4 MOA with 75gr privi ammo @ 100 yards. I have shot it on 8" steel at 500 yards with just surplus stuff regularly.. I have worked a few hand loads that have worked out great too. Only negative was the wait time I had on it. At the time it was like 4 months..that was 1.5 ago.
