I have a Leupold mark 4 ER/T 6.5-20x50mm and I'm looking into getting it hydro dipped in ATACS FD. Has anyone had this done to this scope? Any issues with damaging the scope.

I think it would be quite a pain to do it. You'd have to somehow seal up the objective and ocular lenses completely or the graphics would curl around the edges and get on them as it was dipped. Like Stefan said I would just have it painted with something like the air cure cerakote. There's quite a few reputable hide sponsors that could do the job for you.

I wouldnt dip i scope..........I had a stock dipped once it turned out ok i guess. I should have had it cerakoted.
