I just recently purchaced some AR stuff off here. With it came Magpuls front and rear site. I was told i would need to call them to purchase the lost nut and bolt that goes thru the site on the bottom. Called them today and a kind sweet woman answered the phone. I explained what was going on and needed to purchase a replacement bolt with the nut. I offered to pay for the part and was told no need and we will get it right out to you. Thats what i call great customer service and even got a sweet voice on the other end. I have bought and used lots of their stuff. They make well thought out stuff at affordable price ranges and always look forward to any new products they come up with.

Thanks to all you at Magpul and you will always have a loyal fan in your corner buying and using your parts.

Echoes of Johnny Cash's "One Piece at a Time" are filling my head as I wonder if I couldn't assemble a mutt of a PRS or UBR by calling their CS and slowly getting a piece here and a piece there until I had an entire stock?!?!

    Just joking of course.

I have had the same experiences with Magpul CS on a lost screw that fell out of a UBR, as well as on a small part breakage on a used PRS I bought ages ago. Both times when I called I just said that I needed to order a replacement part. When I explained the situation to the woman on the phone and what I needed, I was told "no charge" and I had the replacement in the mail within a matter of a couple days.

Great folks, great service and obviously...great products!

I had a similar experience with McMillan, I ordered a stock from them while I was in Iraq, wasn't until months after I got home that I realized that the QD swivels I ordered didn't come with the stock. I called and let them know, said I wasn't sure if I misplaced them or they never were included (to this day never found them so I think they were never included) so I wanted to buy a second pair. The nice lady on the phone refused my card info and said they would be in the mail the next day.

Even in todays age, there are still good companies out there.

I do enjoy using their products that i have bought and they have always served their purpose well and functioned like they should. As any company out their that produces a large amount of products that vendors carry and sell for you, you are bound to run into some gliches of a part failing and so forth. How it is handled and delt with tells the tale. Having a polite and knowledgable person on the other end of the line goes a long way with me.
