Surefire Milenium weapon light

Re: Surefire Milenium weapon light

That is the serial number not the model number. How many batteries does it have, does it take a bulb or is it led, what color is it, what kind of mount does it use or just take a picture and I can figure it out.

Re: Surefire Milenium weapon light

I've seen a few of them in the for sale section here, brand new they were going for about $175 as I recall. This is the one with the standard bulb. An LED bulb adds value. Whatever the market will bear, really.

Re: Surefire Milenium weapon light

While were waiting for Milo to get back with that info (possible hijack in progress)....

Chucky, where is the best place to get a deal on surefire lights? I have a weapon light that was issued to me in OIF, but I need a couple lights for carry...one for me and one for my wife. Tired of the cheapie lights that dont last. Was thinking LED, tailcap on/off switch, no fancy strobes or anything. Strike bezel a plus but not required, just need something bright but easy to carry in a pocket. What model do you recommend for that and where would you get a deal on it?

Chuck,
Takes 3 battries, gunmetal color, two thumb screw knobs for mount, bulb-led??? I know it has 65 lumens, have a 120 lumen bulb-led also.
By Surefire website,it is a M951XM07, with feather switch.
They list it at $380.00, I think I paid more though, but it has been awhile.

Re: Surefire Milenium weapon light

In my opinion it should be a tough sell now that you can get an X300 Ultra with 4x the brightness of your brighter bulb, 4x or more battery life on 2xCR123's, at 1/3 the size and 1/3 the weight, for $210. If you have any prayer of getting in the $175 range you'll need to find a buyer who doesn't know that light technology has progressed in the past five years like computer technology has progressed in the last fifteen.

Re: Surefire Milenium weapon light

Got any more good news?
KY, I have an Executive Elite E1e small Surefire, nice compact size. Don't know why I have it, leave it on the bed stand.
It doesn't take up much room in a jean pocket, has a clip for shirt pocket. Not sure on lumens though. 1 battery.
Looks like the E1L Outdoorsman, only 1/2" shorter.
Shit, this ones obsolete too!

That is a M961. That is actually a very sought after light. Reason being is you can put a turbo head on it and it throws a beam a long and I mean long ways. I don't think you should have too much trouble selling it. We just came out with a 700 lumen led head for it so guys are looking for those for predator hunting. You might be able to get between 100-175 for it depending what you still have for it and how good of shape it is in.

For your wife I would get a fury defender. You can shop around and find them for about $100. They are 500 lumens crenulated bezel and aluminum. Do you think she will pocket carry it? In 5 years being with the company I have only met maybe 2 or 3 women who carry a light in their pocket. Every other just sticks it in their purse to include my wife.

For you do you want a click type tailcap or momentary?
