You can get K&M cutters with whatever shoulder angle you wish. Call them. Use a hand tool or a drill and Lee case length trimmer; you can trim to length, champher and uniform the flash-hole without the removing the case from the holder.
HTH,

Doc I know that now, but then as in now all one needs to do is order online the correct angle right off 21stCSS site, no BS, no explaining, and a set delivery price.
I hate NT, but the hate is outweighed by its gains, I tried doing it with power tools, but the sheer consistency is achieved by hand, .0135 is my desired thickness, some get 100%, others 60% cut, .243 necked up to .260Rem the donut is cut off, 7-08 sized down to 260Rem the excess thickness turned away, either way Concentricity is greatly improved, uniform neck tension is all but guaranteed, and group sizes have shrunk, big time.
My process is this
Win .243 is expanded to 6.5mm with the expander mandrel
Win .243 or Win 7-08 is FL sized with a Forster 260Rem non bushing FL die with the expander ball removed
Open the necks up with the expander mandrel, I only do 5 at a time
Trim brass to a uniform length, I use my Giraud
Lube the turning mandrel with Imperial sizing wax, lube the inside of the neck with Imperial
Turn the neck to .0135 with a 1/32 cut into the shoulder, trim length is critical
Clean neck with 0000 steel wool
Tumble the brass to remove lube, if in a hurry clean inside of neck with de-natured alcohol, acetone, MEK, whatever your wife hates the smell of worse
It's NOT a waste of time, but its a shit load of work, brand of brass makes NO difference, Lapua brass has uneven neck thickness too, I don't and wouldn't bother turning 308, reason is IMHO it's simply not needed, as we get into the overbores that changes.
