Is a 6xc a 22-250 case necked up to a 6mm? Anything else need to be done?

I don't have and have not shot one, but I read about it on 6mmbr. Interesting.

Nope, a 6 Creedmoor is a necked up 22-250 case, fireformed 250 case on left.
