Snowy Mountain rifle. Actions or Rifles any count?

I know where I can pick up a nice bolt gun built by snowy mountain and wondering if there action and rifles are any good ?

Are the actions as good as let's sat Defiance or better than trued 700?

Anyways let me know what y'all think about them.
