Its worth nothing for anybody that is running an AR for anything serious. They are unreliable and unwieldy. Sell that bitch!

I just sold 5 used AR mags for 100, pop it up for the 600 as mentioned or even higher. Remember during the "Ban" preban Glock high caps were 80-100, Sig mags 150-180, etc. I recall HK mags going for 75 or more

Wow, welcome to my world here in New Zealand. $100 for an AR mag, $199 for an AK mag. Any Hi-cap drum, $750 minimum.
Effect on "assault weapon" mag ownership...?
After a shooting here in 1990 they started banning MSSA (military style semi-automatics) for general use. Could be an interesting case study for anyone who was interested, as this seems to be VERY similar in both intent and wording to what you'll be experiencing in the coming year most likely.
Effect on gun related crime?...Think you all know the answer to that.

It can get you killed if you use it for social calls. Too darn heavy and finicky.
I remember these things going for $500+ during the last ban. Personally they are worthless but I did buy a couple when the last ban sunset just because I could.
They are sitting in my safe, other than doing mag dumps on a FA for fun they stay in the safe.
Of course I lost it all last week when my boat sank.

If you think that you will ever want to sell it let it go because very shortly you will never be able to sell it (legally anyway.) In fact, you may not be able to posses it without a stamp (option A) or posses it period (option B.) Everyone involved in the feeding frenzy is going on the premise "pre-ban" will be grandfathered..................not so sure.
