Stripped AR lower: where can I NOT send it?

I'm considering auctioning a stripped AR lower that has been sitting around for years. I will of course send it to an FFL, but other than California are there other states or regions where I can not send it? NY, MD, MA, HI, IL, etc?

you can send it to me! Not sure on every state. Here in NJ its good, but must go to FFL here.

Absolutely legal to ship to HI as long as you send it to a FFL.

Magazines with greater than 10 rounds may be an issue, but it is largely ignored. If they are sent disassembled even that is OK since they are now just "parts".

What are you selling?

Don't try auctioning it off on here. The moderators have had enough of people trying to rip off or price gouge fellow members. If you want to try that take it elsewhere!! If you want to sell it at normal pricing more power to you. Just giving you advanced warning if you plan on staying on around here.

It's just a boring old Bushmaster stripped lower. I'm still on the fence as to whether to sell it. Not looking to gouge anyone for sure. It's just been sitting around for years gathering dust.

Bushmasters are actually premium lowers. The sell in normal times for $180.

Thursday the only LGS with lowers had STRIPPED lowers priced at $600.

The lower has nothing to do with the AWB.

It doesnt become ban-able until you do some combination of

putting an upper on that has a barrel with a flash suppresor
use a sight tower/gas block with a bayonet lug
put a collapsible stock on
use a post ban magazine
make it full auto or otherwise violate NFA rules
your in CA and have a magazine release that is operable without a tool

From what I have read on the ATF site, a stripped lower can go anywhere, even commiefornia...

When you start building it is when lines get crossed.

Yep, you can sell that to someone in California but it has to go through an FFL
