M720V RAID Light

M720V-BK.jpg

The variable-output M720V RAID WeaponLight produces brilliant 150-lumen white light or 240 milliwatts of infrared output for use with night vision devices—with no need for IR filters or spare lamps. Simply push and twist the self-locking selector ring on the dual-spectrum V-series head to switch between white light or IR illumination—or select the “disable” setting to prevent accidental discharges. In either spectrum mode, the M720V’s TIR lens produces a tight beam suited for close- to medium-range applications with sufficient peripheral illumination for situational awareness. The highly efficient LEDs are virtually immune to failure since there’s no filament to burn out or break. It comes with a pressure-activated SR07-M720V tape switch (with a 7" cable) that can be positioned where you choose. If your remote switch becomes damaged or disconnected, rotate your RAID WeaponLight’s white-light selector switch to “;flashlight” mode and activate it directly via its integral pushbutton dome switch. (This same pushbutton switch provides low navigational white light when “flashlight” mode is not selected.) This selector switch also lets you choose three different white-light output settings: high, medium, or strobe. The IR selector switch, located on opposite side, offers high-, medium-, and low-output settings when IR mode is selected on head. The M720V attaches solidly to your Picatinny rail via our Swing-Lever™ clamp, which self-adjusts to out-of-spec rails and features a lever lock to prevent loosening from recoil or impact. Built to withstand the rigors of combat, the M720V is constructed of high-strength aerospace aluminum with Mil-Spec hard anodizing for superior toughness and corrosion resistance and optically coated tempered glass for durability and maximum light transmission. It’s also O-ring and gasket sealed to keep out dust, dirt, and moisture.

The M720V RAID is the ultimate weapon light. Hands down, we have never used a light with so many useful features. It is obvious that Surefire was listening to the feedback of their customers when they designed the M720V. Let’s start with the output. The RAID light features several different output modes for both white and IR light. The application of these modes is obvious. Operators can choose the desired light level based on the situation. The controls are intuitive and take little time to master. The RAID comes with a special partitioned pressure pad that clips directly to the rail, giving the operator the choice of momentary or constant-on activation. The main body housing also has an integral “fire” button that is easy to access in the even the pressure pad fails. The new strobe feature is an excellent addition. Quickly strobing white light is extremely disorienting to an enemy combatant. The M720V’s strobe is finely tuned and had us seeing spots for almost 15 minutes during trials.

M500V Carbine Weapon Fore End

M500V.jpg

The SureFire M500V replaces the original hand guards of your M4 or similar carbine. It features a 9-volt Dual Spectrum LED light that produces 150 lumens of brilliant white light or 120 milliwatts of invisible infrared output for use with night vision devices—with no need for IR filters or spare lamps. Simply twist the self-locking selector ring on the dual-spectrum V-series head to switch between output modes. In either mode, the M620V’s TIR lens produces a tight beam suited for short- to medium-range applications. The high-efficiency LEDs are virtually immune to failure since there’s no filament to burn out or break. The M500V has three primary beam switches integrated into the forend: a constant-on rocker switch (left side), a momentary-on pressure pad switch (right side), and a system-disable rotary switch (rear of battery housing) that locks all lights in the OFF position to prevent accidental activation during covert operations, transport, or storage. The navigation lights are operated by a smaller momentary-on pressure pad switch (left side).

M900V Vertical Foregrip Light

M900V-BK.jpg

Vertical Foregrip WeaponLights bring together the tactical advantages of increased weapon control, weapon-mounted illumination, and selectable light output levels. The all-LED M900V gives you the additional ability to choose either brilliant 150-lumen white light or invisible infrared output for use with night vision devices—with no need for IR filters or spare lamps. Simply twist the self-locking selector ring on the dual-spectrum V-series head to switch between output modes. In either mode, the M900V’s TIR lens produces a tight beam suited for short- to medium-range applications. The high-efficiency LEDs are virtually immune to failure since there’s no filament to burn out or break. Three switches control the primary beam, in either spectrum: two momentary-on grip pressure pads (one on each side for ambidextrous operation), and a constant-on rotary switch. The M900V also features low-output white LED navigation lights that are activated by a momentary-on pressure pad thumb switch. A rotary system-disable switch turns all lights off to prevent accidental activation during covert operations, transport, or storage. The M900V clamps solidly to any long gun equipped with a Picatinny rail via its integral M93 Swing-Lever™ rail clamp, which self-adjusts to off-spec rails and features a lever lock to prevent loosening from vibration or recoil. Weatherproof O-ring and gasket sealed to keep out the elements. Made from extremely tough Nitrolon® polymer and CNC-machined aerospace aluminum with Mil-Spec hard anodizing, the M900V is available in Black (BK) or Desert Sand (TN) body color.

X400 Weapon Light w/ Laser

X400_af.jpg

The SureFire X400 combines a brilliant white light with a bright red laser aiming device in one Weapon Light. A high-efficiency LED generates 170 lumens of brilliant white light focused by a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens to produce a tight beam with good reach and significant surround light for peripheral vision. The LED has no filament to burn out or break and generates tactical-level light—enough to overwhelm an aggressor’s night-adapted vision—for 2.4 hours per set of batteries. The 5-milliwatt, 635 nanometer laser sight, located below the primary light, is nearly twice as bright and much more visible than the nearest competitor. The laser’s adjustment mechanism uses Nylok® screws that won’t back out from the effects of recoil, which means it rarely needs to be re-zeroed. The white light/laser combination makes the X400 effective in close- to medium-range engagements, ideal for law enforcement, military, and self-defense use. The high-strength aerospace aluminum body is Mil-Spec hard anodized for superior toughness and corrosion resistance, and is O-ring and gasket sealed to make it weatherproof. The X400 comes with two adapter wedges permitting rapid attachment to and removal from either Universal or Picatinny rails. An ambidextrous push/toggle switch provides one-finger operation for either momentary or constant-on operation, and a mode switch allows you to select white light only, white light + laser, laser only, or system disable. Optional pistol grip switches permit operation with the top grip finger, leaving the index finger free to operate the handgun trigger. Other switches are available for operating the X400 when attached to a long gun. Some firearms may require an adapter mount.

Surefire has a 500 lumen X300 coming out? I wasn't aware of that.

Re: Surefire Weapon Lights at TNVC

Thanks, I Googled it and found that it made its debut at SHOT Show but couldn't find any release dates. Looking forward to this one.
