Night Vision "Posers" in night vision

I placed an order sometime last year. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't anything major to the guys at TNVC but it was something I needed for a project I had going on.

The order got screwed up and arrived incomplete. Mistakes happen. I PM'd Victor TNVC ( a hide member and company rep ) and he couldn't apologize enough and he was prompt in making things right even though this took place during the middle of SHOT Show. Even threw in a little extras for my troubles.

Customer service goes a long way into making and keeping a life long clientele. What a vendor does AFTER the sale is what counts the most. I'm not sure of the numbers but between Mil and LE sales, I'm sure that TNVC doesn't even NEED to give civilians the time of day. The fact that they took the time to square away the little guy speaks volumes about their business ethic.

Not trashing this other vendor as I know nothing about him but TNVC is aces and my go to place should the need arise for night vision gear. </div></div>

I remember this and want to tell you thank personally for the patience on that snafu along with your very kind words above. We here at TNVC don't care if your order is $1.00 or 10K, we treat everyone the same no matter who you are. We value EVERYONE.

To all, thank you for your support in 2012 and we will again attempt to earn your business in 2013. Also, from our entire staff here at TNVC, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your loved ones!

With that, I will leave you all with this poser pic!

Thanks for all the NV hunting gear over the years, always a couple more of the latest gizmos to try out in the woods to make our hunts more successful. This past year certainly was a good one and we'll make sure next year is even better.

Merry Christmas to All and Happy New Hunting Year too...

Is that you? If so, how do you run a company, find the time to post so much here and still maintain an update operational qual's?
Do you sleep at all or what? I mean damn, that must be one hell of an operational tempo day in day out. That would have killed me, even when in my prime.

Re: "Posers" in night vision

One of you guys from TNVC should have a mod shut this thread down. We can all talk of the good or bad we have had from a dealer. Get over it and get it worked out or move on to another dealer.

Seeing this pop up now and then is like a kid trying to make his point. There has been enough said and responded to.

Move on. It is xmas-go play with the kids or moma!! Enough of this goes a long way!!

Re: "Posers" in night vision

Guess the Mods should shut down a lot around here Jim. Guess we agree on something for once.

Merry Christmas

Thanks for the kind words Skypup, we hope a few more "Gizmo's" will be making it out the dark very soon.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Re: "Posers" in night vision

I'm poor, just out of college and a good quality night vision system is something I need (most would call it a want, but you can see in the dark! It calls to me.)

I made a decision long ago, that when I had the funds to address my need, I would purchase from TNVC. Everything I've heard and seen speaks nothing but good about TNVC. I can't wait for the day I can give you my business (however long in the future that will be.)

The pic is question is actually Clasky who was posing (I mean training) for the pic!

Most of us do run 12-16 hours days and me 7 days a week. Training, demos, answering phones, taking orders, formulating quotes, etc...Each executive staff member here also is responsible for taking 2 paid "other" personal firearms type training courses per year. As most know we work very closely with our close Brothers of EAG Tactical, Telluric, LMS Defense, Viking Tactics and several others. We all feed off each other to keep a solid foundation with our LE and War Fighters alike. We continue to learn everyday around here and hope to never stop even with aches and pains. :)

All in all, we pride ourselves on the best CS and NV knowledge in the business and sometimes it takes a few hours a day to accomplish our goals here. Thank you for noticing.
