Came by this video on Youtube ... he claims he was USMC Scout Sniper, but he just doesn't sound right.

He talks in vagaries and claimed to have chalked up many kills including in Honduras ... the clincher for me was some story about how he woke up in the jungle one night to find he had cut the throat of an intruder in his sleep (???!!!).

His dribble is interspersed of some snaps of him in a uniform, but not one shot of him with an M40.

This whole "documentary" seems to be leftoid leaning and recording the wannabe ramblings of a fraud. Fakes like this have done immense damage to serving soldiers and veterans in th past and the media seems to be all too easily conned.

I worked with a guy at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard that tells everyone he was a USMC Scout sniper.

I asked him what his MOS was, he questioned me like "Huh?" - so I say yeah, were you an 0311 or 8292?

He had no idea.

Everyone believed him because he shot competition with 22 pistols, big deal. I was not liked but I spoke out against it and him and I will publicly post his name if I ever hear him tell another person.

Then I showed him my rifle and asked if he shot with the M24 and he said "yeah I think that was the one"......yeah M24 my *ss..

Anyone know anyone who can go to the mainstream media and "out" this sham? I'm a Australian and was never a Marine, so it would mean nothing coming from me.

What really annoys me is these so-called "documentary film makers" obviously haven't done their homework.

I emailed them an' lettum know that their boy wasn't legit, and mailed them some autographed pictures of me and some hookers and one of me in a Jilley suit next to a big truck.

I googled him, this vid has been around since late 2008, I'm sure they know by now he's a fraud....can't imagine we're the first to mention it.

I am kinda surprised that he did not want to share a story about something like doing a halo drop from a submarine full of navy seals. Or maybe a story about using a flamethrower to rescue the crew of a fuel tanker from Somali pirates...

I sent all sorts of info about a phony navy seal off to one of those sites and they didn't do a thing. The phony was still running around with the Budweiser, navy cross, and Purple Heart decals on his truck many months after i sent photos, name, address, and all other relevant info in. Once bitten twice shy.

As a side note....probably some of the worst production value I've ever seen. Trust me. I've worked in outdoor television for ten years. I know bad production value. I've created plenty of it. This is bad.

I don't think anything will beat the story of the guy inserting by dropping out of a fighter jet cockpit with his parachute loose and in hand.

The whole production is pretty crappy - right down to their research ... makes me pretty cynical about anything produced by Journeyman pictures ...

That dude couldn't spell Scout Sniper. Next time we see him it'll probably be at the mall in his 'Dress Blues', complete with Colonel insignia and Medal of Honor. D-bag...
