Botach Order/Troy Industries New Policy?

I had an order pending with Botach for some Troy Industries mags. I just received the email below from Botach. Anyone know what Troy's new policy is or did Botach screw up and get dropped as a distributor?

"We regret to inform you that Troy will no longer ship us Troy Battlemag Magazines or any gun parts due to their new policy. This item will be removed from your order and we apologize for any inconvenience."

They probably dont want to deal with Botach anymore. I placed one order with them and it will be my last. I ordered some pmags from them back on the 18th, which their website said they were in stock. I never heard from them again, and never received the pmags.

I have no idea what the hell is up between Troy and Botach and won't speculate (although plenty of thoughts come to mind) about what it could be. Simply put, Botach is one of the single worst businesses that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in the past and they have been on my $#!T list for over a decade now. Have a look through some of the thousands and thousands of pages across the Internet devoted to their disreputable company and business/customer service practices.

Be thankful that they don't have any of your money and that you can get in line elsewhere for what you want/need. Odds are, you are likely to get it from someone (ANYONE) else before you'd have received it from the folks at Botach.

BOTACH is a notorious for TAKING YOUR MONEY, DELIVERING NOTHING and WASTING YOUR TIME.

I do NOT deal with them anymore and NEVER will again.

They filled an order for me, placed on 18 Dec 12, for 10 Pmags at $12.50 each and I received them last week. No issues.

Call before placing your order to make sure the items are in stock and you should be OK. This has always worked for me in the past. Their prices on some items are so low they're hard to ignore, even with their reputation.

A quick look at Troys site says they are no longer sending any dealers mags.They had a seven year plan to recoup their investment and R&D.With the potential for a ban they are only shipping to end users at a full price.

Crap I have 4 pmags I bought 2 weeks ago (site had them in stock). Still haven't received. Sigh

Troy quit shipping these to dealers once the ban talk started. They are taking advantage and gouging people for more than double the price. Real scum bag maneuver on their part.
