I was just curious if anyone has picked up any police buy backs?
I have seen some great deals from a local dealer but they were all police issued. Just curious if anyone has any information on these.

Assuming you mean police "trade ins". I've had a couple and never had any problems. They usually show more holster wear than actual use.

I have a Saturday night special for the police buy back.

When I sold guns they always seemed decent . owned afew revolvers that were good . The Sigs were great though.

I would say go for it, most cops don't put more rounds through their guns than they are required to do for their yearly qualifications.

I also have had good luck with the police trade in's. Old S&W 5906 was good to go even as a three owner police trade in.
