Suppressors Will Surefire MB762SSAL/RE fit on 20/16.5" 700 SPS

Without any milling of the barrel? I see lots of pictures with people having them, but I don't necessarily want to have a barrel turned down just to accommodate one style of brake/adaptor.

If the barrel is thicker then .775; no.

You'll need a barrel diameter of .775" for 2.1" behind the thread shoulder.Hope this helps. I can e-mail the machinists drawings if needed.
