Rifle Scopes Worth Spending?

I'm currently running a BSA "Cool Guy" scope. The $250 one from Midway with FFP and mil knobs with a mil reticle and says "TACTICAL" sixteen times on the box (I counted and it actually does). While it's tracking fine and holding zero on my 308, I've been looking at the SWFA fixed 10x mil scopes that everyone raves about. Would it be worth spending the money to get this scope or just keep my current one?

The SS is a good scope for the money. Blows any BSA out of the water imo.

I decided "fuck it" and just went with their 5-20 HD model.

If you went with SWFA you went the right way that's for sure. I love my 10x.
