Can anyone tell me who makes this or where I can find something like it? I've been looking all over the place and I still can't find in.

Savage makes it, and i bet a few savage BA owners would be happy to sell you theirs because they are overkill and look gawdawful. I removed mine immediately. I sold it with the rifle though...

It serves me zero purpose though

I have a savage 10 and immediately removed mine -- No idea what they go for but, msg me if interested.
