Thinking about buying a p0-7 duty in od. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with one. Ive seen and held but never fired. Also I saw they do make a threaded barrel model with taller sights, really wondering how accurate they are.

Yeah I had one for a period of time and loved it. It shot very well and was extremely accurate. The factory trigger in single stage was probably the nicest factory trigger I have ever shot, PERIOD. I did trade my used P-07 for a brand new Gen 3 19 because I wanted a back up to my primary carry gun. I have no regrets over the trade (especially since it was a good deal) but that P-07 was definitely a good gun.

I'm a fan of all CZ handguns - from 75B to SP01 Phantom. Haven't tried the P07 per se but its likely the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Shot my buddies p-07 and loved it. Started looking at cz after that and ended up buying a sp-01 phantom. Wish now I would have waited for the p-09. But now I get to buy a p-07 and p-09... The p07 is an excellent pistol and I would get the better sights and threaded barrel. But that is just me.

Thanks for the feedback guys, put one on layaway last night.

I know you already decided to get one but I like mine quite a bit... However, there is a complete lack of aftermarket support for this pistol. If you're aware of it before you buy then it won't be a shock to you.

Factory magazines are expensive and hard to find (this was true even before the current madness started). Mec-Gar has no plans to produce aftermarket magazines for them right now and they were our best hope. I think the factory sights are fine but if you want an upgrade then good luck to you. And finally, your options for holsters are pretty limited. I ended up going the custom kydex route. There are a few companies that make holsters for them but I didn't particularly like any of them.

Again, I really like mine, and none of the above detracts from my opinion of the pistol itself, but it is an unfortunate fact of ownership of a more obscure firearm.

Try it in some holsters for a Springfield xd.
