I am deeply sadden by the news of this
Rock River Iron was in the process of doing a knife for Craft International
This comes to a huge shock to all of us and his loved ones.
May God take him into his arms and comfort his soul.
We will still be going forward with the project as he wanted
Please lift his family up in yours prayers tonight.

a good buddy of mine LEO sniper took them to him. They smoked them

He thanked me by signing my book.

I really looked forward to meeting him.

Next time I can buy some I will smoke one in his honor.

Rest in Peace Chris. I understand the press is reporting a fellow with PTSD, well hell, that's a bunch of us. There has to be something more about this. Regardless we lost a mentor and children lost a loving father. God bless the fellow who was killed with him.

This comes as a great shock. I just spoke with him at SHOT. It was my honor to work with him over a year ago, and I was lucky enough to take a couple of pictures that he used in his book. He was a wonderful guy, and shall be missed. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family. A true hero.

If anyone has a address where a letter of condolence may be sent, please advise.

As I'm sure there is someone on this site that knew Mr. Kyle please let us on this forum know if there is anyway way we may contribute to his family and friends, monetarily or otherwise.

My thoughts and prayers are with Chris and his family. We have lost truly one of the good ones today. Mr. Kyle truly made me even prouder to be an American and what this country can still stand for. Rest in Peace and God bless.

I just heard. I was shocked to say the least. I hate to admit this but I thought this was a terrorist act. I was praying the great Law Enforcement community their wouldn't take the perp alive.

A Hero lost. A tragedy. A man who went through so much, accomplished so much, only to be taken away by a coward! Thank you for your service Mr. Kyle, may you go with God and he watch over your family.
