Ok I probably know the answer but I'll ask anyway.

I'm sending a couple LPK's to a guy in VA.... Are their any rules in play for sending gun parts to VA or anywhere for that matter???

I don't think LPK's are illegal to send to any of the 50 states.

Stripped lower receivers are questionable to NY, but still technically allowed as they don't have any of the features yet to qualify for the ban.

CT doesn't allow collapsible stocks.

I'm sure there's a lot more, but those are the ones I've personally looked into.

You can send an LPK to VA.

You can send just about anything to VA. LPK's are fine.
