308 brake on a 6mm rifle

I have a 243 I want to put a brake on and was wondering if anyone had experience using a 30 cal brake on a 6mm rifle.

I can't seem to find anyone selling a 6mm specific brake that will fit on a 5/8 - 24 threaded end.

RAD Rapid Brake will have a 6mm exit and a 5/8x24 thread.

I run the v breaks by ssg Gunsmithing and had an extra 30 cal laying around when I built a 2nd 6-47 and screwed it on. It works fine, but not as well as the one designed for the 6 mm barrel. I would say 85-90% as effective.
