Did anyone here backorder any mags from Midway. They only allowed you to order 2 and they gave a reasonable ETA so i jumped. I chose to order 2 windowed mags just to add to the collection since i didn't have any. Order was placed 12/22 and was suspose to ship 1/29.... now they're telling me 4/20 is the new ETA......

I ordered on 12/20 2 BX25 2 LR20 Pmag, 2 M3 Non Windowed, 3 G21, and various 226 mags. All of my order except the BX25's have arrived over the past few weeks. Paid shipping 3 times though..

MidwayUSA is just like almost every other major retailer when it comes to ETAs during this time (especially on mags regardless of mfg/model)...they have no @#$%ing idea when they'll really arrive, but they know they'll arrive eventually!!

Frankly, MidwayUSA has always been one of the more "speculative" guessers when it comes to ETAs in my experience in dealing with them for ~20 years. Keep watch on something that is backordered or otherwise listed as unavailable. The "Date Expected Back In Stock" changes at a whim and often, depending on the product, will bump back a day at a time from some distant date (i.e. - it will always be, for example, 90 days out. So if something today says it is expected in stock May 1, 2013...tomorrow that will have changed to say it is expected May 2, 2013).

I ordered a 10 round stoner 6.5 grendel mag on backordee in december, tthis weekend I got the email that it was in. I went to pay for it and they were charging an extra 3.00 since the order wasnt over 25.00. So I added a can of hornady case lube. Proceeded to the check out, and shipping was going to be 19.00!!! I live 75 miles on a 4 lane highway straight north of them and all of my mail goes through columbia (large town right next to them) so thats absurd. My brother lives 10 miles from them, so I set it up for pickup. I got my confiemation, and said I would get an email when my pickup was ready.. never got thw email so yesterday I called them. They were really nice but told me that they had oversold the backorder, and they didnt have enough. Whats worse is that im no longer on the backorder list, and camt get back on now because setting up the order took me off. So im screwed out of the magazine.

Its just a 10 round mag, and ive always been pretty happy with their customee service, but now I'll be going to grafs whenever possible, its about the same distance away. I even have friends and family that work for them.

I ordered 2 30's and 2 20's on Dec. 21st. Haven't heard any updates on them yet, but given the demand for mags right now, I'm not surprised.

I've never had an issue with Midway. I've noticed the UPS shipping has gone up, but they've got another option thats a combined UPS/USPS service thats actually less that UPS was before.

Over the past 2 months, Midway and Bravo have both been awesome with everything I've ordered. Just waiting for the mags now.

I ordered 2 PMAG M2 and 2 PMAG M3 in Dec. They said expected ship was Feb so it should be any day now. I'm seeing PMAGs at my local stores here in Seattle though the prices are $30-$40. At the original prices Midway was advertising, its still worth the wait even if its 3 months.

Same here. I ordered a few on december 27, Still waiting. I called them last week and they told me that the orderwould be delivered anywhere between February 15 and April 1. I'm just gonna wait. Got screwed on some 22LR ammo last week and really not wanting to get screwed on AR mags now.

After my bitching on here about them, I better follow up. I sent them an email, stating that I wasnt happy with them knocking me off the backorder list. I realize its out of their hands but I shouldnt have been emailed and allowed to place the order if they werent going to have it.

They sent me an apology email and a 15.00 credit.

I did on some of the AR10 Pmags...did a couple orders with the limit to two, received both orders in about a month so not to bad. I am sure limiting to two has helped them fill more orders

Wow, you are lucky. After spending a LOT with them and being run through the wringer so many times, I quit dealing with them. Which is a shame because they do stock a lot. I spent a few thousand with them on one order a year or so ago and they wouldn't give me a credit even when I asked for it --after 2 months of shipping junk back and forth over an item they mislabeled!

The very last time I got Midway'ed, I ordered a sling they had mislabeled. I threw a fit so damn big they told me to just keep it and gave me the refund too. So I guess I did get a $70 credit there, but I fucking earned it many times over with them. That is how we went separate ways.

I have .308 Pmags on backorder with Brownell's this time. I hope to god they aren't screwed up in the end, though they did move 300 late orders in front of mine.

Michigan will take them, lots of skilled workers and facilities available, and now a RTW state.

As a matter of fact I think Michigan would take all of the east coast arms manufactures too. Bring it on, we need the work and would love to be know as "THE" firearm state.
