at what point (legality wise) is a damaged lower considered o.k. to throw away? I hope a criminal knows him, takes it from his garbage, repairs it, and uses it in a crime and dumps it at the scene.

#1. Buying an AR or AK because their cool is a civilized man? If your buying these because they are the fashion, then your part of the problem

That made me sad.. He could have just given it to me and all problems would have been solved.
He is the nut, I think he just proved that assault sledgehammers are much more dangerous than assault rifles and therefore such hammers should be restricted to civilians.
Funny thing is in the little article below the video, it said a piece flew up and hit him in the head so he had to stop destroying the rifle to stop the bleeding then resume destroying that poor, defenseless rifle.
