I know a couple guys on my last post were wondering what a surgeon action would like in a stock inletted for a remington 700. Does anyone have a picture close up of the bolt so we can see how much space is in the back, does it blend in or does it look like it doesn't belong in that stock?

Thanks!

What did they say when you called Surgeon directly? Yes, actually use a phone for what it was intended for.

it may help of you have a specific stock in mind...not all stocks have the same shape where the tang of the action sits, this would change how the action appears to sit. Moot since you can build up the rear as necessary.

WTF??? Actually curious on this one--would love to see a picture myself if someone had available--but what in ADHD hell is that above? Some kind of software changeover quirk or did you seriously just post all that?
