I am happy to say that I bought a Surefire micro, from a local shop, Alamo Tactical, to mount on my 14.5 Noveske! Started my wait. I hope it isn't banned before I can take ownership!

Now, I just need a 7.62 Surefire Mini and my collection will be complete. Well, for now....

Interested to know how you like the Micro! Not a whole lot of real world reviews out on them. I have a 5.56 Mini and I am happy with it.

BM 11, I am looking forward to trying it out as well. My buddy has the same can on a Noveske 14.5 rifle with SF Muzzle break. With a 10 inch upper, it spat flames and kinda sucked, but on a 14.5 upper with the SF brake acting as acting as an additional baffle, it sounds like you're shooting a 22. I swear, it was a completely different experience. I hear they've discontinued it, so you may not get much feedback. But my intention is to basically use it as a big flash suppressor and keep the muzzle blast down a bit. It was going on a Noveske Afghan, but that barrel profile is just too muzzle heavy with a can on it. Instead, the rifle I will put it on is a KAC 14.5 SBR with a dimpled light weight barrel, which should balance out nicely with the little Surefire. I plan to just leave it on there. Ya know what's funny, though, they are discontinuing the micro, but I saw a real short can by KAC at SHOT, that they call the CQB, I think. I don't think the micro can idea is dead just yet.

Oh, and if and when my Noveske MK18 ever comes in, I shall be jonesin for a Mini, like yours.

Thanks for the response, Cheers!

Cool! I have been running a KAC 14.5 SBR and I really dig it. The dimpled barrel is cool as hell!

Well, it seems that GREAT MINDS DO THINK ALIKE!!! Nice setup? I have the Mark 6, as well-just in an ADM mount. Man! Can't wait to get mine all together like that! Very nice!

Bam! Thanks Chuck and bm11. Your rifle's nice and with that said I'm heading over to Larue's site. :)
