Upstate NY checking in here (so I didn't feel right posting in the other NY thread which is long island).

Anyways, the snow is going to be melting soonish (maybe), if anyone out there has some ammo left, how about we get an upstate meetup going in the Spring.

Yes there are a bunch in this area. Sometimes we get together for Odessa and Springwater shoots.

I shoot too much on my own land, so I haven't heard those names before. Where are they located?

Between Utica and Syrcause. I used to go to burlington flats rod and gun sometimes, but they got to where they were doing a lot of graduation parties that closed the range so I stopped trying to use them.

How long of a shot can u make on your land?...
its hard to find a range around here that goes past 300 yards.
Im planning on gettin down to odessa somtime this year.

Only 200ish, depending on the angle maybe into the mid 200s. It is really hard to find 300+ ranges. I know that there is a 1000 yard near Albany, and supposedly 600yards somewhere near Canastota, but I do not know where.
