Gunsmithing Base recommendation

I am building / having built, a rifle bases on a tac 30 action.

When I made the purchase I was thinking rem 700 parts but the receiver is different on top.

I'll be mounting a NF 5.5-22 x 50 and would like a base recommendation.

This is correct.
I contacted Stiller and the base is the same through the models.
