On Lapua I never touch them.... take a good look, they should be almost perfect. (no such thing as perfect). Now Winchester ..... always....

Yes and also deburr the flash holes, in my opinion.

Lapua's QC has been up and down over the past few years and you'll only have to do those chores once.

I agree with Chris. It may not make a difference but your uniformer will remove brass from some pockets that are out of spec. I also deburr the flashholes and sometimes can feel junk getting cut off. Is quick and easy so why leave the doubt..

No matter who made the brass, I always prep it the same as any other to maintain consistency. +1 to all the guys above who do the same.
