It's actually a quality piece, I have two.
When setting it up, try to get the seating stem up in the die as far as possible, you can wigggle it with your finger, so it would be most stable higher, rather than hanging low. Read the directions, you can move it by relocating the e-clip on it.
In my 7mm saum, I actually had better runout numbers using this die, and a Redding T-7, than what I get with a Redding comp seater, and a Forster Coax.
