Rifle Scopes Good quality scope caps available today?

I need a set of scope caps for my NF, but read that the current Butler Creeks are of poor quality. Does anyone make a reliable, long lasting flip cap that won't break after a few uses or in cold weather?

Never had a problem with BC's but if Leupolds Alumina Covers will fit (I dont know), they're of very high quality but a bit hard on the wallet.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have some on a couple Leupold scopes. Unfortunately I need a set for the hard-to-fit Nightforce (eye 1.75" diameter, obj 2.56" diameter), pretty much the orphan of Butler Creek designers.

Not had the best of luck with Butler Creek caps. Broke some on my PST. Upgraded my scope to a Nightforce and still just use the cover that came with it. But maybe those will solve your problem - if they fit.

The one-piece BC "tactical" covers are made in a limited range of sizes. So far, the Weaver caps look like the might fit the largish NF.
