Left Hand side charging handle

Does anyone know where I can get a LH side handle done for a .308

use it for shooting sub sonics

if FAL, metric or israely FALs, with their fixed LH knob_ (Commowealth FALs generally have a LH folding knob charging handle,and you must release it quite abruptly,and noisely)_

Sorry I should said what type I had. I have a SIG716 that I want to have a LH side charging handle put on

Tell me how you intend on mounting that left side charging handle. Have you actually looked at the upper receiver?

I would to have it milled on the left side then have to bolt drilled and tapped with a handle screwed in to it. I have seen plenty of .308 with this done on the right side .

Can't speak to the left side but I've seen pics of British ARs with a right side threaded handle in bolt to make it a straight pull fast bolt gun due to their laws I guess. Only hitch I see in your idea is receiver stiffness being reduced. Maybe add a steel ARMS type rail to the top to help with that.
