My New Toy ...

So after much searching, I managed to snag a very lightly used Surgeon Scalpel .308 on an AICS 2.0 chassis. The Jewel trigger is such a gem and I can't say enough good things about the overall fit and finish of the rifle.

Very nice rifle. Let us know how it shoots when you stretch out the distance a bit. With that scope you should be able to see the paper grain on NRA targets to at least 500 yards.

When the snow melts, I'll be able to stretch it out to about 700 yards. I'm shooting BlackHills 175gr. Can't wait.
