My point is that the transferee filled out the 4473 in his situation. You seem to be making up illegalities just for fun and to spread misinformation around.

Whoever funds a firearm purchase is the transferee and in that case it wasn't the person filling out the 4473. You are not paying attention or your level of understanding is like most. Most straw purchases are difficult to prosecute unless one admits to them.

Great! Have you ever purchased anything with that bank account? Is the account on your Form A? Are the funds in that account on your Form A?
