C range 900 meters has 86 targets, plus, 300 meter range with 40 targets, and a 600 yard range with 40 targets

The range is in Ottawa, Canada and we include paid markers for all of our competitions at Connaught.

The Eastern F-Class Championships are one of only 2 major F-Class competitions held annually on the range including our National Championships. Connaught Range will be hosting the 2017 FCWC, and this smaller competition represents a great opportunity to come and get to know the range in a more relaxed environment than we would expect to have at our Nationals (which usually conflicts with the US Nationals anyway).

Gil we have a few electronic targets but only use them for practice shooting, we have been getting target pullers from the same school south of Ottawa for many years now they do a great job, well trained.

How does one go about traveling into Canada with rifle and ammunition from say New York? As far as I know you should have your birth certificate and driver's licence, is there anything else required?

There is a form listing firearm(s) and ammunition that you are bringing in to the country that must be filled out when you reach the border (in triplicate, but not signed). A customs officer will witness you signing them, you pay a $25 fee and you have a 60 day temorary license to possess firearms in Canada. Hi Dan declaration form from RCMP is on site here look for US shooters on left, not hard to fill out, we have quite a few USA shooters shoot at Connaught as well Brits,Auzzies,Germany
etc
