I've been running virgin pull down RA 61s for upwards of 10 cycles. This stuff came from Pat's Reloading and has been pretty good with a couple/few annealings. I got 600 years back on Ebay ($8/100 shipped!) and prepped 200 of them and I've had one neck split in ~1900 bangs.

Can't speak to your Win 60, but shoot it, anneal the necks just to be safe and see what you see going forward.

I'm curious, what is the exact head stamp? "WRA60", WCC60"? I have some old USGI 7.62 NATO brass from the 60' & 70's that I reload. Like Chris said, it reloads up fine. If it's actually 53 year old brass, I'd fire it, then anneal it. It should be fine. I do find it odd that HSM would be using 53 year old brass. I still use 30/06 brass from WWII and it also works fine.

I got some once fired brass that had some '53 LC Match headstamps, I annealed it, and so far it looks fine. I reloaded some, and haven't had problems yet....time will tell. It was fine working with it, no problems sizing or seating, and the bullets seemed as hard to remove as the newer brass...
