I had two stuck cases today using my body die im using hornady one shot case lube and a standard redding shell holder. The cases have been annealed and tumbled in corb cob media. im setting it up by letting it touch the shell holder and then backing it off half turn. Any advice will be appreciated thanks guys.

Use that case lube liberally,,, try some imperial sizing die wax if u can get some. Sinclair stocks it, one small can literally lasts forever.

i thought about trying som wax but one shot is all i have for now i am letting is sit for a few minutes like the can says and sprayin the shit out of them

Wild... Only other problem I have ran into is trying to spray 50 at a time on a 50 round case block... The middle ones don't get enough, I do 20-25 at a time in a little tray I can shake around while spraying.

for sure imperial is the way to go but, if you can, avoid to to resize the full case with one passage only, stop when the resistance will be stiffer and back away ,relube, and go again , breaking the resizing in two or three steps:the thing could be easier_
please, be sure that case rims and shellholder be undefective, of course

its for 308 i think i got it figured out #1 problem is the redding shell holder its the right one just loose on the groove and it just breaks the rim on the case. i switched to a rcbs and fixed the problem and i must of just of got a couple of wierd cases because the 1 out of 20 that i just resized measured good on headspace, case length and neck diameter just wouldnt go into the die but it chambered fine in my gun im still puzzled by that

i bought the brass from a friend who annealed it for me and its all onced fired out of a tac ops bolt gun he said that the chamber on that gun was so tight that it would crater a primer every once in a while so maybe the odd ball case that wont go in the die is one of those? its fgmm brass

Set up the body die to only bump the shoulder back .002. The shellholder should be .125 deep. That is from top of shellholder to bottom where case head sits.
