While I not a fan of the spca they are the only group I am aware of that is doing this sort of work.
The adapt a dog link does not seem to work and I have sent an email asking for more information on how to adapt a dog and how to specifically assist us military dogs.

I wish there was a group helping these dogs without being part of the spca but until that happens this is better than nothing.

We only adopt dogs with hair because of wife's allergies (poodles). However, if donations are needed to help these great dogs or help their previous handlers afford them so they can be reunited again, please post the link.

My wife and I are in all the way on these dogs . We have had rotts for 20 plus years lost the last one kinda of young .This would be the good fix.

Military Working Dog Adoptions
This is the site I was using when looking into this. I can't wait to get a house and be able to take care of a pet. Working all day and living in an apt is not so suitable for one of these distinguished animals.
