Well its that time of the year again and M&M is putting on another tactical and long range match
when 22 jun 2013
where 5 miles south of Draper South Dakota Exit 201 off of I-90
Preregistration encouraged as we only take 40 shooters. so far this year i would say preregistration would be a good idea seems to be more intrest than in past years. We have all ready got 14 registrations and hadn't even posted anything more than that date and cost. this way we will be able to put shooters on a waiting list in the events of cancelations and also won't have people making the trip if the match is full.

Cant complain too much other than being sick of winter up in ND and the crazy wait to get ARs and shit. Yeah i am looking forward to it as well ours is going to be the only match that i have off this year guess i will save some Barrels this year.

Yep murdo i recommend the anchor inn good rooms reasonable and has a bar and restaurant and steak house across the street

You will definitely learn a few things there are a bunch of good shooters that show up and bring a lot of nice equipment. Weather you have been shooting comps for a while or it is your first one you will have a good time. We set the courses up to be chalenging for the experienced shoot and still fun for the new guys.

We haven't let anyone in the past the first target is usually around that 200 mark elevation is about 2000' if you are coming down on Friday there is a range about 3 miles north of Murdo. I can get you directions if you want to hit it Friday night or early sat before the match starts

Ok here are the best directions i can give you. take fifth street through murdo exit 191 if coming from west or 192 if coming from the east takes you right to 5th. Turn north on vanmeter road turn east at the golf course 241st st. There will be a trail headed north off of 241st will take you right to the range. See ya sarurday got a sweet course set up for the long range should be interesting.

Had a great time at the M&M shoot again this year. Denny and Rodney put on a great shoot and were wonderful hosts to us all. Damn tough long range match, humbled a lot of us this year. We have some outstanding marksmen in SD and surrounding area in both long range and with a pistol and carbine. We are glad that you all enjoyed the courses and look forward to seeing you all at the next one. Which could be this fall we are talking about doing just a long range with possibly 2 or 3 shooting stations. Have to see how things go.
