Suppressor adapter mount for a SOCOM II and 30P-1?

I'm looking for an adapter mount so I can use my TBAC 30P-1 on a SA SOCOM II rifle. I've been checking out adapters from Smith Enterprises, Gemtech, and Delta P Design...just curious if anyone has any experience with any of them?
Also, is an adjustable gas plug necessary to keep blowback from occurring when using a suppressor on an M1A? If blowback is an issue it will most probably be even worse for me since I'm a lefty...thanks for any info or advices!

It's a start, they make adapters for a bunch of threading problems. Sorry I can't help on the gas plug.
